Before accusing the Chicago Tribune, check if this Ninos Yukhana is calling himself an Assyrian or an Arab! Because if he claimed himself an Arab (and if he is suing as being an Arab) you would like fools protesting to the Chicago Tribune!
If he is identifying himself as an Arab then you have no case, because he asked for it during this critical times when people are paranoid and touchy about who they are sitting next to in airplanes.
If he is identifying himself as an Assyrian, then you have no case either, since it is an unfortunate mistaken identity due to paranoia. How can he claim being discriminated against as an Arab when he is not an Arab! (He can only have a case if they discriminated against him as an Assyrian).
At times like this, I (an Assyrian) would feel unconfortable if this Ninos Yukhana is sitting next to me and claiming to be an Arab, so I do not blame other people, nor do I blame the airlines if they worry about their safety too.
My gut feeling is that this Ninos Yukhana is after a fast buck $$$$$!
My advise to all is: don't jump and defend him as an Assyrian, when he himself is claiming to be an Arab.

They are indeed Assyrians. This nonsense must be stopped somehow someway. We need to turn the Chicago Tribune building upside down ... this is so frustrating.
