I have this little job to do of raising three dear children on a lot less income than I thought I would have, thanks to the people I am suing. On top of that I have cut my prices in half just to get something sold...and that about kills my career as far as the white world is concerned...no one wants to invest in a cut rate sculptor who tomorrow might "slash" prices further.

The full impact of what these people did...these Assyrian leeders, will become instantly recognizable to the white jury and judge and media...at that point, and only then, will they realize themselves what an awful and illegal thing they did.

I now am partners now in a Ranch boasting ten horses and growing. I hope my partners knows what he`s doing because I sure don`t. Hopefully we will be able to make enough to feed someone besides the horses. Anyway, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

I started a sculpture of Gilgamesh the other day...what a subject for sculpture...so many excellent characters...another one the Jews or Armenians would snatch in a minute...but which I am stopped from considering seriously. I turned that portrait instead into one of Mark Twain, my all time favorite Yankee par excellance. I hope to have it given to the Bancroft Library on the campus of the University of California at Berkeley where they have a section devoted to him. After him I am going to do Emiliano Zapata...no one will accuse me of historical inaccuracy etc...not anywhere but in our community where hatred of growth and improvement is endemic.

But I will get around to it just as soon as I feel my children have some sort of security and a home they can call their own. Then...watch out!!!!
