in sum,
1) if the property of uniqueness is the opposite of the
property of sameness,
2) and if person/group claim property of uniqueness,
3) person/group is simultaneously claiming the
property non-sameness against others
4) if person/group seeks to maintain property of
uniqueness,
5) person/group must first preserve their physical
bodies (because if person doesn't exist property of
uniqueness does not exist)
6) person can maintain physical state with food, water
shelter, basic nutrients
7) and as long as these properties remain scarce
and not every single person can access or enjoy
the maximum amount of these resources that will please
them,
8) there will be a conflict in maintaining the property
of uniqueness.

And history has shown that step 8 manifests itself
in the form of lawsuits, arbitrations, genocides,
jihads, inquisitions, slavery, rape, etc.
