Back in the USSR. I am here to make deals. The airports were comforting...so good to know we are being protected...give that Shrub four more years.

I'll be seeing the lawyers while I am here. As charges should be ready to file soon I wont be discussing the case any longer. Be comforted in knowing that the wheels are finally in motion...or get pissed off, makes no mind to me.

I have one last bit of advice to all the players in this sorry mess...don't lie. There are already two big juicy lies right at Atour Golani's feet. I tried to get him to modify the first one at the convention...I knew he was lying then, so did he...but the little guy was feeling tough and sure of himself. His other lie was over his neighbor and Ford...these will come out at the trial and it will be difficult to believe much else he has to say...except he will be under oath this time...the oath thing caused Nimrod to pay up too.

Judges and prosecutors are adept at picking up signals...and if they even suspect you of perjury your testimony will only sink you even further, no matter what you say.

Another thing...the entire legal system rests on the presumption that people tell the truth when they promise to do so. Without that there would be no hope of reaching justice or even fairness. The System knows people lie all the time, it also knows it catches few of them. That's why when they do catch a liar they are so goddamned tough...they can't expect to catch them all, but when they catch one they make sure he or she, and the others out there, will remember it for a long time to come.

What happened happened...it is over. What remains to be seen is how an impartial jury and others react to those events. It is in their hands...telling the whole truth is the best bet for all of us. What we have done wrong already, we will pay for...just don't add to your burdens by trying to lessen your guilt...it will make things that much harder.

If you are sure you did the right thing then...stick to it, don't try to sweeten your case or cover your tracks. For instance...it matters not at all who did the actual welding on my sculptures...the legal issue here isn't WHO did it, but that it was coordinated and initiated by Atour Golani...whether in his garage with a neighbor we want to meet...or at Ford Motor Company. In an effort to save face and maybe his job, Atour and Janey have concocted a ridiculous story about the neighbor who lugged the heavy equipment over to their garage to do the actual welding. I don't care who did it...it was a criminal act...you can't add more paint to an artists canvass because YOU think it needs a bit more here or there. That is the issue...all Atour and his wife have succeeded in doing is adding one more lie to the one he gave me at the convention...the lie that the other artists there who were being allowed to sell their works all through the convention, when I was told not to, had agreed to give a kick back to the AANF and that was why they were allowed to sell. That wasn't true at all, as two of them told me that very day. It was just something Atour thought to say at the last minute when asked the obvious by me. These guys aren't too bright...the trouble with them is that they have become used to working with HeyAtour and HeySargon...they think the same nonsense will work with YoFred. It doesn't...and it wont work with the judge and jury either.

Don't tell any more lies...the ones put out there already are enough to sink your case. Own up to all that you have done and take whatever comes.
