Good for them. Now if the Muslim American community was smart they'd get a Muslim sculptor...or better yet an Assyrian sculptor...they'd let him alone...allow him to fund the monument exactly the same way, NOT come waving checks and cash at him...and get over this ban on portraits etc...and make a public monument dedicated to all the Palestinian children...Muslim AND Christian...who have been killed by the Americans through Israel...and insist on equal time and space for THEIR American ethnic minority of Arbas and other Muslims.
Then they would fund a dance company, have some serious music composed...support some documentary film makers...hire a huge hall and PAY Americans to come listen to THEIR side of the story and on and on.
And if they had a John Nimrod handy...they'd toss him in the Gulf.
