Shawn is not a villain by any means...he doesn't have to be. The legal system allows him to disconnect when he needs to...in my case he simply took Jackie at her word...was impressed by her clothing...and as we learn now, had a soft spot for her kind of business...the computer industry, I mean.
Another person, 12 of them...will have to decide how likely Jackie's explanation is...and they don't get paid by Jackie to think.
I like Shawn...isn't his fault he works for a living.
