I'm taking 19 credit hours this semester... last semester I got a 3.70 GPA but who really cares... good luck getting any money out of a college student who is already in debt... dumb asses. Can you sue me for calling you a dumb ass? You know, like a "Jackass"?
If I sue a homeless man for 2 million does that make me dumb, by virtue of the stupidity of trying to sue the homeless man for money that he doesn't have?
If I admit to the homeless man that he didn't do anything wrong, and that I am just suing him to get him to stop talking to another homeless man down the street, or because of some "future conduct", does that make me an ass?
I wonder how good your trial record is. From the articles that I have read I can imagine it's quite impressive, and it will be an embarrassment for you to lose to a 20 year old college student who is defending himself, but whatever will happen shall happen.
I've always enjoyed debate. I just can't wait for this trial... "Your honor, I vigorously object!"
