If you do not think that you jumpt to conclusions about other people based on their culture/environment, then you are not being honest with yourself. Rarely have I met anyone who does NOT jump to these sorts of conclusions.

How can I converse with you when I don't know anything about you, except for the few statements you make about what you think... which are most often posed as questions... & thus, your positions is difficult to ascertain.
