I guess you have two or three world views...the popular one in the US is that the world is a jungle...you have to take what you need any way you can get it...and anyone standing in your way deserves the worst. If it wasnīt a jungle, that kind of behavior would turn it into one.
Every empire, every greedy motherfucker who cut down the forrests and polluted the air, water and earth has felt that way...and they have all died out...and the planet gets more and more degraded. There is no peace or security unless it exists for us all...millions and zillions only make for poor compensation...and they wont win you the love or respect of your children...whores you can buy anytime...by the gross and dross if you want them.
No factory overseas has made anything cheaper for us at home. No amount of stolen oil will cut our costs. Thatīs how itīs sold to us to justify the plant closures that throw good people out of work and shut down towns and schools and hospitals. Thatīs what weīre told so we can drive somewhere, anywhere, to get away from ourselves and what we make of our lives.
The profit increases for a few only...for the rest of us itīs a slow regression, eased every once in awhile by fine-tuning and tweaking...before the slide resumes.
Weīre going to have to get a lot brighter about things they wont teach in schools...especially in years to come.
