Interesting; however, not everyone turned "Jew". Some remained pagans and others just believe in Alaha Ashur as their one and only God. To me, it does not matter whether they are Christian or not, just as long as their Assyrianism prevails and overcomes everything in life. This is rarely found in Assyrians, but some still have that Assyrianism flowing through their veins and they seem to place Christianity, or whatever religion they are, second. Those who put Christianity first tend to lose nationalism, therefore, Assyrianism slowly shrivels up and dies.

: Christians are, in a sense, reformed Jews. Jesus preached a radical form of Judaism, and it wasn't referred to as "Christianity" until hundreds of years after his death. Up until then, there was "Judaism" and "Radical Judaism"... now it's Judaism and Christianity.
