Nope, I didn't. had no intention to either (particularly now with final exams starting). I told Ainan nincompoops to get their own subscriptions--they're so cheap and its such a great magazine. I relish each issue and read them front cover to back, personally.

I remember you saying something about that issue on the AINA forum, but I don't know if you shared that article with us yet. It's good. Just got the chance to read half of it yesterday... am going to read the rest of it tonight. If you haven't posted it, I'll work on typing it up for everyone here to read. Harper's has some good stuff every once in a while.... & I was completely taken by surprise to find out, recently, that one of my friends from undergrad (this guy who used to play & sing in an improv. folk/acoustic rock band with me) edits one of the book critic's articles at Harper's. I think he even had an article of his own published in Harper's last September. It's so weird... & inspiring. : )
