Over there in Iraq, the U.S. troops seem to be getting in the way of everyday life for Iraqis, while in Liberia, they desperately need help, ANY help.... Can Iraqis volunteer to give their share of U.S. troops to Liberia?

Seriously, I have a Liberian friend whose family lives in Monrovia, & he is very upset about this. What also concerns him is that the lack of U.S. aid breeds cynicism in the hearts of otherwise moderate Liberian people, & the cynicism, according to him, doesn't help the situation. On BBC news, they show malnourished children - the food aid they normally receive has been cut off. Every minute Bush stalls, children die.
