it's so very true that we have had our share of bad leaders but also there have been people who truely worked for our nation.
As to what you mentioned:"I don't want to say I'm even part Assyrian anymore".That's ofcourse your right to say and think what you want, but actually every community has its own bad people and not because there are some bad in my nation I would deny who I am and exclude myself,I'd rather say what I think and let those who are bad hear what I'm saying,we have to make the change from within...If you,I and others would say that they don't want to be part of this nation any more then what would be left for us ?
Why can't you be a leader? Why not pancho? Why does the Assyrian community have such idiots for leaders in the AANF? I mean it - there are many of them who are true idiots. Fate must have smiled on them that they got as far as they did in life. I can see right through them - going to that blasted church for so long made me an expert on detecting pretentious assholes. : )
: Pancho - now, there's one guy in the community with brilliant artistic capabilities who gets shut out of a convention because the excellence in his works surpasses anything those ridiculous leaders could ever hope to create themselves. The truth is that some leaders can't take it - they are so damned petty, full-of-themselves, & jealous & they want to keep the competition out of the picture so badly, that they would actually HURT the community that they are supposed to SERVE by attempting to exile one of the community's biggest assets.
: I don't want to say I'm even part Assyrian anymore. I'm NOT proud to be a part of any group that acts like a group of crazed adolescents & actually prides themselves on it.
