: This problem is a global "Catch 22." Never before have all of the nations of the world been as vulnerable to mass death and destruction as they are today. Regardless of your moral position or your secular humanist position or your religious position, the fact remains that no matter how pacifist we are, the world's teeming billions have a breaking point. If we do not wrest control away from the military-industrial complex very soon, the inevitable spark will ignite the entire world in a conflagration that no one on this earth will be able to stop. Therein lies our dilemma.
xxx So the problem is with the military-industrial complex, right? & who is responsible for that? We are, in a minute way, but most acutely responsible are our self-appointed president & his comrades (put into power by him), right? & those who take his orders seriously must be responsible, as well? I'm not being silly, I'm honestly asking you if you think that way, because that is how I think.
