60 or so autonomous regions exist within the Spanish empire, so called a country, but really an empire, and these regions can not easily be identified, since they are "unofficial" and considered part of the Spanish land. Basques do the best job in asserting their autonomy, dissapproving openly of Spanish hegemony. Spain is imperialistic, with views to expand its territory and economy.
