: I read that the main 2 factors are:

: 1. Reasonable Link to the forum state
: and
: 2. Fairness

: I have no reasonable link to California... and it is entirely inconvenient for me to travel to a state that is across the country... for me to miss school...work...to pay for a plane ticket...surely you aren't serious, are you?

+++He doesn't get paid for being "serious"...or getting Jackie any Justice. All he knows of Jackie is her check book and he will write and send and serve anything she pays him to. If she had only 4,000 bucks with which to do all of this..he would do four thousand bucks worth of "work" then advise her that she really didn't have much of a case after all.

He is acting as her enforcer...a hit man who has no scruple about who she puts a contract out on. I tell you all agin...these people are nothing...a zero...nothing to be impressed by, nothing to fear, certainly..they will be gone soon.
