Among the many inane things Shawn Leuthold said was that I was not a poster boy candidate for the ACLU. Now I don't know how stupid he must think the rest of us are, with his one contact with one stupid one among us...but the ACLU doesn't NEED "nice" people to defend. These nice people don't get involved in things that could significantly affect our freedoms...it's the rat bastards, like Larry Flynt and others...like yours drooly, who need defending...because if we can be shut up...all you'll have left is nice people, and a whole lot of nasty bitchy ones writing to the rest of us behind our backs.
Shawn and Jackie gameled...they bet that we would cave in...they lost that bet. The first hearing is the third of September at which the court will ask us if we have worked things out...the court will listen to both of us, though Jackie wont be there...and tell us what the odds are of a successful case. I don't believe Jackie has a hat leg to stand on...what am I supposed to offer? Not to write about her again? pay her...for what?
