xxx Oh, I think that there have been some "good" leaders, with the best of intentions, who got swindled by the banks & various corporations. Think about it like this: a nation that has been suppressed by a colonial power is not on equal footing with the nations that have already been established, much less the colonial powers. New founded nations should be given genuine help - financial gifts, if you will - not debt. Not every nation's blessed with a backstabbing dictator.
