LET IRAQ LIVE! The Bush administration is rushing towards a new war of aggression on Iraq, despite opposition fro the world community. The Gulf War killed 200,000 Iraqis, and 12 years of genocidal sanctions have taken the lives of over 1.5 million Iraqi civilians. A new wave of bombing and invasion will devastate the Iraqi population, which has already suffered too much under the U.S.’s brutal campaign. Hear from Ramsey Clark, who recently led an International ANSWER Coalition delegation to Iraq and met with victims from the recent bombings. Learn more about actions to stop the war, and the upcoming Oct. 26 national marches on Washington and San Francisco.

STOP BUSH'S WAR ON CIVIL LIBERTIES!
DEFEND IMMIGRANT RIGHTS!

Ramsey Clark is the author of a recent letter (full text at
http://www.iacenter.org) addressed to the UN Security Council and
copied to the UN General Assembly, denouncing new plans
for a U.S. war on Iraq -- plans that include the use of
250,000 troops. Since its dissemination at the UN, the
letter has been translated into Arabic, French, German,
Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese.

"Twelve years ago when the U.S. organized the aerial
slaughter it was able to build an international coalition
against Iraq. Most governments in the coalition joined as
a result of US bullying and coercion. Today the US
government is isolated. All the people of the world and
all twenty-two of the Arab League governments oppose this
plan for unprovoked aggression that violates all
international law," stated Ramsey Clark. "We have come to
Iraq to help galvanize the active mobilization of world
opinion which stands in opposition to this planned war.
This war can be stopped but only if the people of the
world take action now."

NEW PRINTING: RAMSEY CLARK: "THE FIRE THIS TIME"
Third Edition. The book constitutes the most
comprehensive and well researched analysis of the events
leading up to the 1991 Gulf War and the war crimes and
crimes against humanity committed by US and Allied forces
during the 42-day assault. To purchase or for more information, please call (213) 487-2458.

March on the White House

Martin Luther King Jr. spent the last year before his assassination linking the mass movements for civil rights and freedom at home with the growing opposition to the U.S. war in Vietnam.

This courageous stand constituted a major political threat to the war makers.

Dr. King stated that "the greatest purveyor of violence on the planet is my own government."
