Can I legally make a sculpture that resembles Jackie...not just physically, but characterwise too? Can I do it if itīs just for display? Do I need her permission?
If I donīt call it by her name...but it bears an uncanny resemblance to her...then what? If I donīt attack her ability to make money...and since she hasnīt been known for modesty anywhere...can I?
