for 1000 years Christianity ruled Europe and it was one of the bloodiest chapters in human history and the most ignorant and backwards. Thank god Islam rose up and beat back the Eastern Roman Empire or they would have spread darkness all over the earth..but as it was Islam adopted BetNahrain and together we salvaged human history and accomplishments and created a Golden Age like none other...and it was in part the meeting of Christian Crusader with his vastly more accomplished and civilized and honorable Muslim counterpart in the Crusades that helped kick the legs out from under the church because obviously there were better gods around whose people weren`t afraid or soap.

It helped too that the Eastern Empire tried to unite with Western so they could rape eveybody, but it didn`t work...instead the Greek influence the visting Prelates brought with them shone on a Europe roasting its better minds and the Renaissance was born and we broke the back of the Christian Church...for the time being.

Imagine a Christian refusing to partake of the benefits of science and leraning that came through the Protestant Refromation...choosing instead to ONLY study history and church history at that up till the time Luther split and took half of Europe with him and then nothing else...imagine how bright and knowledgeable people would be who refused to read books...refused to allow science...refused to participate in what they deemed ungodly and blasphemous and just plain wrong. Well, you`d get the kinds of experts and idiot scholars we produce..you`d get an Aprim who isn`t interested in anything Islam gave the world...prefering far to stay in his backwards village of the mind away from the evil and filth of science and history, culture and art...unless it was Christian village culture back up in the hill country of Tur Abdin and other havens of ignorance.

Sure, they`re pretty and all...but what are they besides villages where nothing has changed for a thousand years and no light of learning or culture has entered...where are the schools, the universities, the libraries? Those villages look just like Adelita`s here in Mexico...with the church spire dominating everything...and so it was village church "Libraries"...and peasant ¨professors¨who taught these guys their hysteria...and most of all they shut out 1300 years of some of the most fertile and exciting and mind-expanding history the world has seen...and their response is,,,"who needs it...give me Jesus and cowshit any day".
