TV ads tout family rights...sanctity of marriage...tell you to have that cj=hild and not abort...go back to "traditional values"...and is's all bunk and hokum. Ther research in all those Think Tanks told them that the kind of people you want to vote down the environment and HeadStart programs and expanded equal rights for women and minorities...just happen to be the same people you can move to righteous wrath and tear by tugging at their heartstrings about the "sancity of LIfe"...even as you blind Majdolin and kill her children.

That's why the repubs seized on the Christian Right...the Chrstian message gets them to the voting booths and later...they'll vote the way they're spozzed to...which was the whole point to all the blather about "Right To Life" and "Sanctities of Marriage" and the "sick" lifestyle of Gay people who don't fuck each other any differently than George Does Laura. Anyone worried about the right to life of a fetus would have paused a moment before kiling half a million children whom we now know didn't have WMD's in their lunch boxes after all. Closure anyone?
