Finally after many years, the lovers of the Assyrian music have discovered the magical sound of the Assyrian-Israeli dialects. ----> I'm the lover of the Assyrian music, but I never discovered this music! The Assyrian Jews from Israel, like most other Syriac-speakers living in the western countries, ---->since when is Israel a western country?? place great emphasis on the preservation of their heritage, language, and traditions. -----> do Assyrians living in [real] western countries REALLY place that much emphasis on those things??...hmmm They speak a unique Assyrian dialect called “Lishan Noshan” (“our own language”). ----->I'm not a linguist, but I've never heard of an 'our own language' dialect of Aramaic??
