It's fascinating to me the way Andreas, Sadie and then Alex carry on. Andreas seemed to think of us as people in need of Teutonic exemplars...left to ourselves we were hopelessly out of date...wandering in a wilderness. This from a nation that twice in twenty years murdered as many people as they could sink their teeth into. Where that makes any German feel superior enough to lecture us I don't know. We had an empire that stood a while...their "1000 year Reich" barely lasted 20...and at that they got their country cut in half and couldn't do a damn thing about it...except lecture us.

Now it's Alex's turn. He's decided yoors trooli is bad for Assyria...that and this woeful ignorance we have about the world in general. It's great to inspire non-Assyrians to take an interest in our Heritage...but to take it upon themselves to "teach" us anything...anything we could pick up in any college course, like he's still stuck in, or from an almanac or comic book is just too funny.

The there's darlin Sadie...as cute a student who ever stood atop a dorm and waved her shorts. I don't rightly know the cause of these battles they've diclared...why the thing got so personal. As outsiders they have a "Vision" of what we should be doing...and they get pissed as hell if you don't go along...like they're sure they've written a "A" term paper but got an "F" on it from me...and such a thing has never happened to them before yatta yatta yatta.

College is very bad for your overall health...but it's especially harmful to any intellect you may have scraped together off the floor after high school comencement. Me...I dropped out after the third grade. That's how come I'm so 'telligant.
