...the most infamous, immoral, senseless, unecessary war in the last 200 years. The bombing of Pearl Harbor was child`s play in comparison. It may take years, decades for the full weight of it to sink in.

It takes your breath away.

Are we supposed to react with moral indignation when Iraqis or any Muslims threaten to cook and eat an American? Where are we supposed to get these morals from? The same stock we viewed the press conference at which 5000 dead "enemy" children a months were deemed "acceptable"...as a way of motivating their parents? Who has any morals left?

This isn`t any kind of morality that`s being outraged...that`s long gone..it`s merely jingoism...rooting for your side no matter what..it`s "America, Love it Or Leave It" all over again..only the people doing the "loving" are trashing what America could have been. We are unleashing the very forces that will destroy us in the end...as it`s happened every time in history when a nation confused raw power with statesmanship and saw itself as deserving what it wanted to steal. You don`t "protect" yourself this way...you open yourself to incalculable harm.

This isn`t "consolidating" your position..this is giving yourself a shove down the slope.
