..for the first time in history the health of a people is going to be used as an excuse to attack those people and "cure" them...and "Protect" America and the world from an "Axis of Evil Aids". In the process American "Medical Values" derived from our "Deep Christian Faith" will be brought in to "Liberate" Africans from the "fear" and "torture" and the "tyranny" of a shtrong "Army" of AIDS, the "enemy" of Africans and all mankind and democracy..and anyone resenting the presence of American Medical Liberators will be deemed a suspected AIDS Terrorist who wants to see the disease spread to our fair shores because of Envy and because that`s, "just the way Africans are".

Three years after world leaders pledged at the United Nations (news - web sites) to defeat the epidemic, there has been progress on many fronts, Annan said in a speech to nearly 20,000 policy makers, scientists, activists and celebrities.

"And yet, we are not doing nearly well enough," he said, in the first appearance by the U.N. secretary-general at an International AIDS Conference.

"We need leaders everywhere to demonstrate that speaking up about AIDS is a point of pride, not a source of shame. There must be no more sticking heads in the sand ... no more hiding behind a veil of apathy," he said.

A UNAIDS (news - web sites) report issued before the conference said 38 million people worldwide are infected with HIV (news - web sites), 25 million of them in sub-Saharan Africa and 7.6 million in Asia. A record 5 million people were infected last year.

..there`s a lot of wealth in AIDS...a lot of wealth in Africa..the only things that`s missing is America.
