A Challened Aprim

...Tiglath issued an invitation to Fred to come here and discuss with him freely all their issues...it would be a marvelous chance for him to put Tiglath away...if, as they all seem to think, Aprim is an intellect and very bright and knowledgeable and their hero and champion...you'd think he'd be eager to go up against some opposition. I'd even stay out of it...let Tiglath and Aprim plumb the depths of these issues as best they can.

All the people who read there, read here...so nothing is really avoided by not writing here...except for one thing...here there is no Jassim in the wings to protect Aprim. Aprim won't get anywhere emailing me in private with threats to take his marbles and go home...over here Aprim has to stand on his own..so do his ideas and prooves...while Tiglath is willing and obviously very able to take on any nuimber of them at their thingies..even with the moderators stacking the deck against him...over here, where both Tiglath and Aprim would have every EQUAL and FAIR chance...Aprim refuses...and not because he doesn't have the time to "waste"...he's quick enough to respond to every post Tiglath manages to sneak past the Nanny at the Door...he refuses because he can't deal in a fair and open way...

This is more of their "activism" such as when they blot out the letters to Kurdistan...because they refuse to recognize it. Do you think if they got their triangle and they had to discuss some territorial issue with the ####s...they would recognize them enough to do so? Would they meet with people they can't bear to recognize the name of? In their official correspondence would there be a lot of #### and ######### and also ####, ####? Is this REALLY how they expect to conduct their international affairs? And don't even THINK about all the restrictions they'd place on the internet...that would make China seem like an open society. For this nonsense innocent Iraqi Christians must be set up?

Naturally Aprim declines. While Tiglath is eager to engage...Aprim runs the other way...preferring to remain where it can APPEAR that he's ready and capable of handling himself as an adult sure of himself...but never really risking anything...for if anyone comes on there challenging him...the person will be removed. If Aprim was sure of himself he'd jump at the chance..but his own behavior, as with every liar and coward, condemns him more than any of us seek to.

In this regard you have to give Paul a lot of credit for even trying such a thing...and no matter how well or poorly he comes off...at least you know he has the COURAGE of his convictions...something Aprim and the most stanch "heroes" of this kind of "Assyria" don't have.

It's all a Front and a sham...no one proves it better than they do themselves.
