...I never do anything but relax.

I said you believe the bible...I don't. If the bible says Abraham came from Ur...you believe it and therefore I believe that YOU believe it..if it were to say he came from Philadelphia...you'd believe that too...if it said a Jew carpenter made a dead guy get up and walk...you'd believe that..if it said he lifted one mountain and put it on top of another...you'd believe that too...only in the sense that the bible says X...and you believe it for that reqason alone..do I "concede" what YOU believe. It doesn't prove a damn thing about the existence of X to me. Or rather if the same theives who stole the rest of our goods say this one item really does belong to them..I'm inclined to think they're lying..based on what else we know about the little criminals.

...But I see what you're up to..with no Empirical evidence I might add... the bible is NOT empirical evidence..that's absurd..neither is anything BASED on the bible...empirical evidence is stuff you can SEE and TEST and CORROBRATE...for you to find a similiarity in names used by the Old Farts you call patriarchs and names that were common in BetNahrian proves NOTHING...except that those names exist in the bible...that's all you can point to as empirical evidence...their OCCURANCE in the bible..that is ALL...you haven't proven therefore that Abraham really existed in time and history...in that sense and that sense only do I concede the names and what the bible says...as I will admit that the bible SAYS Jesus walked on water...that doesn't mean I believe such utter crap.

You should leave empirical science out of this...just because Abraham came from Ur...if he did...all the inferences you choose to draw from that possible fact, itself not open to any kind of proof...are as wrong and based on mere faith as anything else in your religion...quit trying to be scientific where you think you can get away with it..you can't...you sure as hell aren't fooling anyone here...even though I don't know those who read here...I just know it isn't working because it's SUCH a shabby line of "reasoning"...but like I said..you get an A for effort...for content you get another A..for asshole. But you're god's asshole and deserve some respect for that...
