How's this for a draft of resolutions we want implemented;

1. Donations from individuals and from institutions, ie. trade unions and companies should be abolished.
2. Fixed levels of government money to be the only source of funding for all political parties. The Amount allocated will be according to the percentage of the vote won at the previous election and the number of members in the party.
3. Only Government owned and run media, such as television and radio networks to be used to promote the various parties.

But the question remains, IS this the major problem facing our democracies OR are there other issues that WE haven't thought of?
