"The rest of us became complacent about the abuses dished out by the Americans through the Israeli government towards Palestinians..."

I never became complacent! For nearly twenty years, I held teach-ins on campuses all over L.A. showing pictures and films of the horror that was playing out in Palastine, inviting Palestinian activists to speak about the injustices perpetrated against the Palestinians, informing the public and trying to show the horror of innocent people being slaughtered, bulldozing their homes, and displacing them to live in tents and in ghettos. I even had every Jewish Defense League thug after me, Rabis and Jewish Community Centers trying to sue me, but I they couldn't stop me. Although the movement gathered momentum, we couldn't even put a dent in what was really going on, because the US alliance with Israel is so powerful that if the US pulled out it's support for Israel, Israeli bankers and financiers would collapse the US economy. The US became a hostage to Israel.

"we looked the other way, afraid to be called anti-Jewish when Palestinians had their lands stolen, their homes buldozed...forced into concentration camps...we ignored the slew of UN condemnations of Israel's behavior and the ratcheting up of the pressure against Palestinians...the willfull murder of young boys and girls throwing rocks at tanks, the round-ups of "suspects" and all the horrors Palestinians were subjected to until it looked like the Israelis had become their own Nazis...'

That's right. Even American political activists started to look away because they were labeled Anti-Semetic and supporters of terrorism.

"We didn't protest, we showed no care or solidarity..."

Our group tried it's best. We had weekly protests set-up in L.A. and San Francisco, but the media wasn't allowed to show them. If I could count all the made I spent on organizing and educating people I would have been a millionaire. The Palestinian boys and their rocks couldn't compete against Israeli military might, backed by US weapons of mass murder.

"we waited until they grew up and hurled explosives instead and when they saw they were no match for flame throwers and gunships, they took a page out of everyone's playbook and went for those they COULD get at...the innocent Israeli civillians because by that time there WERE no "innocent" Israelis...just as the United States took off after Iraqi children...when it was Saudi children they should have been killing...because to them there WERE no "innocent" children."

And the vicious cycle of breeding so-called terrorists continues....UNHAMPERED, because no one gives a damn about what's going on. Nobody cared at the time if Palestinians were living in tents for 40 years and only Saddam was feeding them!! And guess what? No one still cares, 'cause it aint their war! They are fed, clothed and live in beautiful homes and have 2-3 cars and they are heavily sedated!
