..no, no sweetcheeks...stop playing fast and loose with us...I said a better ASSYRIAN. I don't care what kind of human beans you all become under any god...what I resent is the notion that Christians are better Assyrians..or the ONLY ones..or, any AT ALL! Answer my question...then answer your own.

***** Since I do learn from experience...Christians are not better Assyrians, but Assyrians may well be better Christians! We shouldn't feel guilty about calling ourselves just Assyrian…it's just the picture of the Church glued to our brain, which makes us automatically speak Church. I wish the Church would evolve, and change the "Bible" to our original texts, or at least incorporate them, since we now know where the Bible came from. It is not a sin for religion to evolve. The Hebrews kept their Kabala, the whole idea of the Sumerian Tree of Life. Where is our Tree of Life?

****I was the 8 year old girl that said to her religion teacher “I don't need the Bible to make me Christian, I’m already "Christian", but maybe I meant Isho3iyen. Funny thing is, even as a child I knew there was something wrong with the Old Testament. On the other hand, the Church did always feel like home to me, especially when it was empty. I believed my Religion teacher when she said "I want to see you every Saturday and Sunday in church"...yep sure as anything..there I was..hhhh.

..I didn't realize you were supposed to go god-shopping. You all did...but the Jews kept faith..and with THAT vile god!

**** I am not "ashamed" to say that I do believe in Ashur, and in Anu, and the whole gang. Monotheism is not what we think it is. One God, many messengers! The Enuma Elish had a bunch of "gods" and hey the Hebrews used it to create Monotheism.

The two "god" may be equally "good", but one had a "better" map towards the self, which was easier for that individual to read.

...twist it any way you want..and it's brave of you to undress your mercenary soul in front of us...gods aren't somthing you keep so long as they work...they are supposed to be kept...period! Ask the Jews. But, to use your own analogy...I'd say from the evidence Ashur provided a much better "map" for the Assyrians when they WERE Assyrians than he has when they bought their Christian map and are lost and scattered all over the place as a result.

***** I think God is laughing at us at this moment. He's saying, look at these two trying to figure out the infinite. She probably thinks we are idiots for being so serious about him!

.........I know you all cant stand Sitchin, but something interesting I read in one of his books, was that when the ASSYRIAN not the Jewish "ENOCH" came back from his vacation in heaven, he drew the image of Ashur on winged disk, and that is when so many of Nineveh’s gifts were given to it by “God”. So, he saw God, and came back and drew Ashur. That did move me.

>****If the original "god" only wants to steal your identity, and mould you into some kind of image, which has nothing to do with your essence, then that "god" will eventually destroy your soul. You wont be able to think, feel, reason etc. Get rid of him and find one that leads YOU to the YOU of YOU.

...Ashur led us just fine...under his inspiration and for our belief in him we built a good portion of civilization...carrying right on under the leadership of Muhammad's example.

*****Viva Ashur……..but I will remind you…and remember this well....Ashur and Isho3…sounds identical!

..here's another question you've dodged consistently...if you believe in monotheism you can't follow two gods..which is it, Ashur or Christ...ASHURians or CHRISTians? Don't try to squirm...just straight answers will do.

*********I am an Ashuriannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Ashuretaaaaa! :) hhhh
