Sounds like L.A.
The cops, the judges and the courts in L.A. turn their backs on hate crimes. But they are ready to give you a ticket for looking the wrong way at them.
If you are white and you burn a cross on a Black man's lawn, they take you to court and the judge slaps your wrist and tells you, "don't don't do it again. Fires are a hazard in L.a."
