I wasn't trying to interpret the bible and I sure wasn't using it as evidence of any sort. The simple logic that a=b;b=c; therefore c=a, doesn't apply here. So let me say it again.....Christ was taken by force and not his own sacrifice."

IN OTHER WORDS...

Christ COULD NOT have sacrificed himself since he was considered a criminal in the eyes of Rome, resulting in his crucifixion.

Thus, the following logic is incorrect.

(A) God is Love (1John 4:8)
(B) Love sacrifices (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
(C) God sacrifices

The difference between your arguments and mine is that you would like to use the bible as hard-core, factual evidence and I am saying that it is not. Therefore, quoting John and/or Cotinthians does little to investigate this argument when we are discussing logic. As I said before, the content within the bible is based on faith not fact.
