...if you remember Shawn`s accusation, the usual one, that those who do not agree with him are "selling out their nation"...and his comment that "you are one of those who would do anything for money". I`m sure you know how often that gets hurled at the rest of us...why?

It would seem these boys don`t work..that there is nothing they do "for money" and it`s therefore a virtue all by itself, as if whoring is the only sort of work they ever did or are suited for. This also seems to indicate just what they had against Tariq Azziz, the Chaldeans in general and anyone of us who gets ahead in the world...the implication is that if you do not join them in making these ridiculous prooves and charges...if you have work to do and appointments to keep and meetings to attend..you are a "sell out" to making a living...verses sitting in your room all day and weaving an "Assyria" from your pubic hair.

Literally, to be successful in any material sense of the word..or to have attained any sort of other disticntion, means to them that you weren`t pounding and humping away 23 hours a day for your "nation".

These are the feelings they had for any Iraqi Christians, who put aside demanding the country be handed to them and instead got a job or an education and tried to move the entire country forward.

If you are an obstructionist, then you are an "activist"...throwing a monkey wrench into the gears is "doing something"...keeping someone from building a clinic...if they are Muslim..is "keeping faith with Jesus".

In effect, if you have ANY ability...you are a traitor to "Assyria". And these putzes are "Assyrians"?
