at aina a headline reads: Critics call for more troops" Clever ain't it? An attempt to co-opt the word "Critic" and put it to work for Bush. If you want more troops for this illegal war, you aren't a critic of the war...you are an ADVOCATE and a supporter. By merely using the word "critic" in place of supporter you throw the reader off balance, make him or her think people want MORE troops...and of course some do, the same ones who make money on this war...but that's not what first comes to mind when you read that headline...you think that people are "critical" of not enough war...and more and more Americans are just that...they don't want more war, but they'll be called "supporters" of Saddam.

If you think not enough torture is being applied and want more, you are not a critic of torture, you are a critic of not ENOUGH torture. If you are critical of the person blinding a kid in one eye because you want him to blind both...you aren't against blinding children in the eye...you are a critic of ONLY blinding them in one eye.

This entire war is built on word games such as these...not a single Iraq child did anything to the United States...but we killed over 600,000 of them.
