Beth Suryoyo Assyrian (Othuroyo) Forum -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Written by Fred Aprim on 08 Jun 2006 16:48:32: The use of the dash in "Assyrian-Chaldean" by Dr. Sargon Dadesho In an earlier article posted here: http://www.aina.org/bbs/index.cgi?read=53235 I questioned why did Dr. Sargon Dadesho promote the title Assyro-Chaldean (which is the French for the English ChaldoAssyrian) in his book "The Assyrian National Question." And I asked if a writer had to list historical events as they were, I asked why didn't he at least attack or criticize the usage of that title somewhere in his book? Not a single supporter of Bet Nahrain Inc. and AssyriaSat dared to respond. ...well now, Fred....you see, it`s like this. How many questions have you not dared to respond to? On the flip side...when have I NOT dared respond to you? When has Tiglath or Jeff dared NOT respond to you? ...you see where I`m going with this? You, Jatou, Jassim et. al. dare all the time to NOT answer...to NOT confront...therefore, why the self-righteous tone, the SHOCK in your voice when you find another one of you cowards NOT daring to respond? You might even say this fellow learned from YOU how to be selective and careful in what he opens himself up to...but we...we aren`t afraid of anything any of you can throw our way....and you know it too. --------------------- |
