The Assyrian name MEANS a religion and an ethnicity...it is a name and a religion from the ancient past, like Judaism...in those hoary days you were the religion of your name..that`s why you HAD that name. The religion of Ashur was not a universal religion in the sense that it had to be shoved down the throat and up the arse of everyone in the universe...that came later with Christian evangelicals...who could take their religion anywhere and force it on anyone...so that you could say a Brazilian can be of "any" religion...but a Jew can`t. A Jew, by definition HAS to believe in the Jewish religion...we Assyrians come from that same time...to be an Assyrian you MUST believe in Ashur...we will respect all religions, but not if they claim to be the only real and true one...that`s a little silly and presumptuous. No one...absolutely no one People EVER converted en mase to Christianity..or any other religion. Not of their own free will. Your church merely tries to hide the force and violence done to people to make them Christians..or at least to force their children into it. We can see among American Blacks, who should know better, that it`s possible to rape a grandmother for Christ...and have her great grandchildren not only forget about it but not care..the LAST thing American Blacks should be doing is singing the praises of Jesus...they were not impressed by Jesus they were FORCED into him...yet they rant and rave as you do for Jesus...this shows you how powerful are thye forces, I said FORCES, forcing people into Christianity...int he last 200 years not a single non-Christian entity has "embraced" Christianity...why the hell would they?
