When you see even Right-Wing Republicans and conservative Texans putting distance between them and the "hammer" for his one count on conspiracy charges and the second one on money laundering, you know there's no way out for DeLay! Even more disturbing is that some Assyrians have dismissed these charges as false, claiming it's NOT illegal to do what he did. Do these sound like values that you want to live by, and teach your children? Isn't there something wrong with people who think like that and make excuses for immoral behavior? Would you ever trust someone who would defend such acts and think nothing of it? Doesn't that show their REAL character? --------------------- |
