...you use such an ending to a subordinate....NOT someone way above you in rank...you don't ASSUME that the person so addressed is going to give his "prompt attention" to something YOU are bringing to him, unasked. This is in the nature of an order...mildly stated...as you would deliver to an employee...like I said...no one, NO ONE, is more an "enemy" to the boys than the boys themselves...which is the main reason they believe there must be enemies EVERYWHERE...because they just can't accept the obvious truth that THEY are constantly kicking the legs out from under their own bullshit.
