...what this is. I have greater expectations of my children, not less. I don`t expect them to expect to be treated more leniently by me than the kids down the street....if anything, because they are of my family, I expect MORE.

We don`t do that as "Assyrians"....we expect almost NOTHING from our own people...besides a lot of talk. We insist on forgiving all their goofiness just because they are "our`s". That`s yet another recipe for disaster.
