...what's all this hyped up bullshit news about "The Great Immigration Debate"?

Why all of this fake controversy?

Was it a slow week for news, so they decided to focus on this?

Obviously America is a country of immigrants who stole land from the natives. For the children of these immigrants (mainly white folk) to say ignorant things like "Send 'em back to where they came from" is just a waste of breath. Why all of this argument about the economics of immigration? Of course immigrants affect the economy, but America is fucked in that department regardless because of our sick trade defecit with China.

Why does the news media focus on that which essentially doesn't matter, and turn it into such a big, important issue. Are we still in Iraq?
