Okay Jeff,
Guilty as charged.
You know, what the pharmaceutical INDUSTRY calls ADHD I simply have come to embrace as IMAGINATION.
I have spent my entire life looking out windows, fading in and out of reveries, scenes, phrases, ideas, images, characters, memories, poems.
And while this wonderous deluge has always hindered my formal studies- I CAN'T DO CLASSROOM SETTINGS!- it has given birth and voice to "Square Moon"- which I would not exchange for the world.
Although, I have to admit also that the antidepressant I take- which HELPS my depression GREATLY- has also shut off the wheels and axles of my OVERactive imagination.
This, for now is PERFECT, as I TRANSCRIBE what has already been dreamed up!
