...other than the bible, is Gordon and Rendsburg`s "The Bible And The Near East". I`ve had a jolly romp through that book for years now...recently, like last night...I was reading my favorite parts: about how the Hebrews didn`t have a pot to piss in because they were busy defining morals for the rest of us...when something new caught my eye...I`m surprised it slipped past them...a line in the book says, "all things being equal, the greater always will influence the lesser".

I`m confused about how if, all things being EQUAL, you`d even COMPARE the greater with the lesser, for how could the two be equal in any way, if one is lesser than the other?

Anyway...guess which culture in the ancient world was the Greater...I`m sure you Asstians want desperately to say "Jerusalem"...or at the least "Bethlehem", because your Jew was born there...but know that for appearances sake you had better swallow your circumcision and say "BetNahrain".

How in the name of all that is reasonable could the Hebrews have impressed ANYONE? And which of the sublime cultures surrounding them could learn a damn thing from them? We have tons of proof that they LIFTED whatever they had from the people surrounding them...and yet our boys must keep running to Hebrew sources to validate their"Assyrianism". "It says yahwe LIKED us"!!!

And they wonder why they have such an infinite number of jackasses to choose from to "lead" them...nowhere.
