I hate to do this, but one good turn deserves another.

Some years back, I had jaw surgery because of the way in which my jaw grew over the years...rather incorrectly.

A few weeks later, the Assyrians came to Detroit for the convention, and I met many of them with a scary, swollen face, which by the way was also unshaven...another complication of face surgery...you have to be gentle.

After the convention, Peter Jassim bet Bessa Way made a comment to me about how I looked like a troll, or a gypsy, or how I was uglier than an inbred gypsy, or something like that. Well, although sticks and stones will break my bones, I thought it would only be appropriate to post this photo of him for you all to see, which I found on a web site just the other day. My "akhona min different yimma" so kindly pointed it out to me...
