Dear Ken,

I hate to play the Devil's Advocate but there are vital strategic questions that noone has asked yet.

1. How long do you think the US will stay in Iraq for?

2. Will the illegitimate puppet regime established by the Americans in Baghdad be able to stand on its own once the Americans do inevitably depart?

3. Will we be able to keep any province given to us by an illegitimate puppet government once that government has been overthrown by the Iraqi freedom fighters?

4. Or will an established Assyrian province become a target for extremists and be used by the US administration as the next prextext for extending its illegitimate occupation of Iraq much like their co-occupationsists, the British, used the Simele massacre at the League of nations in 1934 to extend their mandate in Iraq and control its oil for another 10 years?

5. Do you think a "good Christian" such as yourself may be naive and easily manipulated by the world powers into helping them maintain their control of the world's strategic oil reserves and US hegemony through the use of Assyrian Christians as "cannon fodder?"

6. Should we not wait until the US has finally been kicked out of Iraq and a legitimate Iraqi government established before seeking to ensure our religon, language and rights are maintained?

7. Britain called us their smallest ally after World War I, will the US call us it Stupidest ally after this latest war?
