" > >Could you kindly answer the above and tell me according to you we are one, then what is that ONE? ASSYRIAN or ARABIAN ? ......We are ONE, period! One people, one language, with different dialects, and some of us different in religions; All based on different opinions, outlooks, preferences, etc. and NONE of it based on FACTS, and this, in and of itself only makes it based on PHILOSOPHY, and consequently not based on the REAL but the SURREAL. WHAT, what makes a society is the diversity, but at the same time shared mores. The Mesopotamians have always had that common denominator. But the sooner we all start remembering we are one people, the sooner we start to learn to live with each other in peace, and reclaim our birth-rights TOGETHER. HOW, how can we hate our own flesh and blood? WHEN, when will we stop killing each other in the name of the same GOD? WHERE, where on earth but a paradise, our own homeland, our beloved Bet-Nahrain. ">Then sorry for my wrong understanding to your word ' KAMEL ' , that is fine that is in Arabic ONLY , but you are wrong we used it, but actually in our language is ' GMERA ' and KAMEL which ARABIC only, and you could check with that person who DICTATED t you wrongly ! No one dictated ANYTHING to me. This is ME, coming from my Assyrian heart, the heart who feels the suffering of our people, not because some of them might be Assyrians, but ALL of my people in Bet-Nahrain, Arabs, Jews, Christians, Yezidis, Sabbeans, and anyone else that I might have FORGOTTEN. We are all ATRANAYEH. I wrote words that I could think of on the spot, and didn't have time to rehearse. P.S. I thought Gmeera is ENVELOPED, not COMPLETE. Gmeera is Swadaya. Kamel is Kamel in both the Arabic and the old Assyrian. I looked it up once and if I remember correctly, the etymology was the same. Correct me if I'm wrong. Besides, one out of all those ain't bad, brother. --------------------- |
