>Tiglath, is there any way you can think of to FORCE Dadeeshoo's hand...so that he either has to be seen shutting up about his degree as well as his threat to sue? Can the gauntlet be thrown down in front of everyone...so that he either backs down or sues? I'd be happy to be sued by the skunk. ### Well you can't have him fired or charged for lying about his credentials since he doesn't use them to practice in his "field." But you can cite the fact that he uses his credentials as a means to draw unwitting viewers to donate to his television channel. There must be some standards board or body somewhere out there in the US whose job it is to oversee these issues and irregularities. There must be some licensing body that gives him his licence which comes under review at a set period of time. I suggest you write a letter to them informing them that Dadesho is using false advertising by claiming that he has a legitimate Doctorate from Pacific Western University. Show them the evidence and ask them to force Dadesho to broadcast a retraction admitting that he in fact has no Doctorate. Oh and don't forget to CC: Dadesho a copy of the letter you send. We don't want him to be totally unprepared for this next manouver. :-) --------------------- |
