One interest serves the other in the world of the Rich and Famous.

An Arab bilionaire/Prince/King would be interested in an outsider, or in this case, an Israeli, if he was "useful" at providing them with something. In turn, the Israeli would be interested in them if he could get something "useful" out of the whole encounter.

Two ironies:
-With all their billions, these Arab KINGS are impotent.
-Would Israel hold a Palestinian doctor's position open "indefinitely" while he disappeared for periods of time?
