Now you are purely lying. I never once corroborated ANYTHING he said. I merely translated what he said from English to Assyrian, which is my job when I interview people. In fact, I'm not even supposed to take sides as a reporter or interviewer, but I did say VERY CLEARLY that I did not support the war, and I also asked him if he was going to be one of those neo-cons when he gets to Washington, which I really shouldn't have because my job is to ask him questions, translate what he says, and let people make-up their own mind, not inject my own views. The only time I made a positive distinction between John and his opponent, was when I said that Cardoza did NOTHING for the Assyrians anyway, because he doesn't understand them nor does he care about them, but at least John was born into the Assyrian community and he would understand the 18th district better than Cardoza, because it is made-up of mostly Assyrians. Your beef is that John is a Republican and I shouldn't have had him on my show. Well when I invite Dennis Cardoza, a Democrat, I will be asking him the following question: What have you done for the Central Valley that you can be proud of? What do you think his answer will be? -I suuported the war on Iraq -I supported the sanctions against Iraq -I did NOT vote to bring the troops back home when I had the chance to -I have NOT PUBLICLY criticized the war even now You see what I mean, Tony? YOU are a hypocrite, because you are against John and yet Cardoza has EXACTLY the same platform that John does!!! --------------------- |
