Yes I read, find it to be a great way to pass the time and crap on the crapper. JCS was meant for the stage and that's where it should of stayed. Jewison is the god of adaptation, the only man that can do anything decent with a Steven King novel and he did it twice. The only reason he got away with what he did is the fact that all was done in good taste. He's that good. I remember a database that would link up current projects to filmmakers signed or attached to a list of books/scripts that a studio owns the rights to. I think Mel Gibson was attached to Christ Re-Crucified before he made the Passion. It's not his studio that owns the rights to the book so the project is now in limbo. I hope Spike Lee picks it up and makes it a black panther piece with a black Jesus outta harlem. --------------------- |
